My hubby was in the R.A.A.F for nearly ten years. I remember very well what it was like when he returned home after being away on exercise....not being able to shower and clean himself and roughing it up in the Australian outback in the middle of summer for a week or so.... He was on the nose....<i> Phooooeeewww!!!</i> His uniform walked itself to the washing machine. Other times during winter he remembers sleeping in a hootchie/swag thing, he reckons he has never been so cold in his life. All good fun though :) Nice to have you back Isaiah!
