I watched the first one, but your second video link is not currently available…you may want to update that video, so people can verify the NON-verification that Bentley uses to bolster his erroneous claims of raising the dead.
I managed to find the video and verify the facts behind the email sent by Pastor Ivor Biggin (aka stoptheliesplease)
Sad but brilliant…

Thanks, Vee. I double-checked and the link seems to work fine. Nevertheless I re-linked it just in case.
These videos are biting comic genius! He best be careful Bentley turn up at his house LOL. I looked it up and lo and behold, there it is. Who said we Brits have no sense of humour
@Douglas K. Adu-Boahen -
Ha ha, mind you, I never said Brits have no humor! My favorite comedies are British, actually. American slapstick doesn’t sit well with me — I prefer a good play on words which the Brits do very well.
Well as a Britt, I can assure you all we have a tremendous sense of humour. The videos are mine, but I was e-mailed via youtube about whether Todd and his team had tried to verify the story with me.
the following is my responce….
Hi, yes they did e-mail me within about two hours of me sending in the story. the reply was from Kira Mitchell , but before I replied (and I replied the same day as the e-mail was sent) my e-mail was posted on their website.
In the e-mail Kira Mitchell sent medical release forms and press release forms. I e-mailed back and said that they could not verify the story, As yet no reply to that e-mail.
Todd then announced it as a verified e-mail.
From another e-mail I requested the evidence that this story was verified. As yet no reply to that e-mail either.
I have also e-mailed and said that it is a story I made up to see how and if the stories are verified. As yet I have had no reply.
We will see.
@stoptheliesplease -
Thank you for stopping by, Stoptheliesplease, and even giving us an update… wow!
Where can we get updates if the reply comes through? I sure would love to see how this pans out!
God bless, and again I must say… BRILLIANT! =D}
Hi, either go to you tube and sign up as a friend, and if anything comes up I will let folks know, or I will come back here and post. It is because it has been linked here that I found this blog.
Interestingly the only person who has really supported Todd Bentley is a guy called Ravenwolf, and if you think Todd has some bad theology this guy makes Todd look like the most conservative of Christians.
@stoptheliesplease -
Thanks, mate. I’ll add you to my friends’ list on YouTube (I think I’ve also subscribed to your channel).
My nick at YouTube is ‘arachaic’.
I want to be a friend too…
Ok, I have done that… I’m livingajourney :-h on youtube, so if you see my name, add me please.

I’ve added you, Vee. My, you have some interesting videos in your favorites.
Hi,
I was just doing a little digging, and needed to find when Bentley was coming to the UK. I knew it was September but could not think of the dates, so I looked on Fresh Fire’s website and England has been removed from Todd’s plans!
A quick search on the internet came up with http://www.revivalfires.org.uk/ the website for Dudley ‘Outpouring’ Church. It says:
“We have just learned that it hasn’t been possible to arrange Todd Bentley’s planned visit to the NEC on September 20th – 23rd as the venue became unavailable.”
I guess God has decided that we don’t need revival after all. Strange that Todd can’t come but they say:
“Revival Fires will be holding a special event on the dates of the original visit, September 20th – 23rd, for all those who will be in the area. Trevor Baker, Ken Gott and others who are carrying the anointing will be ministering powerfully and we know this will be a powerful time of God’s manifest presence in the heart of the nation, with far reaching impact for all who attend.”
Keep up the pressure my friend.
Every Blessing,
@stoptheliesplease -
Thank you for the update and the encouragement, mate! I’m sure all my brethren in the U.K. will be most pleased to learn of this, especially dear Douglas.
Hi, I have no joy in this message, but it may show that the Bentley show is ending.
On 11th August 2008 it was reported that Todd Bentley had filed for separation from his wife, Shonnah. Freshfire Ministries reacted with a statement on 12th August 2008 denying any sexual immorality and saying:-
“Todd and Shonnah Bentley are presently experiencing significant friction in their relationship and are currently separated.”
“We know that many of you will have questions, for most of which we presently have no answers.”
Also announced was that Bentley will not now take part in a planned crusade in Uganda in August 2008.
Please pray for him and his family.

Hi,
You may find this an interesting development. I tried to post the other day but could not connect to this blog.
I had an e-mail from Fresh Fire Ministries (FFM) asking for more info on my story. I asked if why if they work with Kira Mitchell (Todd Bentley’s assistant who is often on the platform with him) that she has not passed on my e-mails and the information they contain. The reply was interesting.
Perhaps the present issues with Todd and his family, plus cancelling the meeting in Birmingham and now Spokane and Uganda, leaving the ‘revival’ in Florida and now FFM are following up the stories of resurrections and near death healings. Or perhaps they (FFM Board) now suspect that the whole thing was not of God.
See below their response to my questions and my response to that, and FFM last note to me.

Hi Ivor,
No Kira does not work in the same office as i do. She works for Todd personally. She probably only handled the testimony at that time because they were screening them. However, The information that she has, no one else has at this time. We need specific details regarding exactly what happened and the name of the Teacher and some other details. I have a general testimony sheet with your name, email and a vague description of the incident and that is all. I am sorry to bother you with this, this is something the ministry needs.
Thank you again for your help.

Hi Celeste,
Well that is really interesting. ‘She works for Todd personally!’… ‘The information that she has, no one else has at this time!’
I e-mailed Kira Mitchell and told she could not verify this story, I also said it was a made up story to see if FFM were actually verifying the stories as claimed. You know, despite this they put it on the web and Bentley announced it from the stage as a verified resurrection.
My e-mails were responses to Kira so she would know just what story I was talking about. My last e-mail (i sent you a copy) was just one line and made it very clear that it was a false story.
And before you write that I am a liar and deceived Todd, I have told Kira, but with no response. Is telling a story you know not to be true a good way to catch someone out? Well the prophet Nathan obviously thought so (2 Sam 12:1-15), when he told David the story of the rich man who stole the poor man’s sheep.
He used this “lie” to make David see his sin of adultery with Bathsheba. David, exposed and shamed, repented of his sin.
I hope that makes things clear. If not have a look at, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=toGYy-H3pCw because if Todd and Kira will not listen then I hope and pray others will, and will not be drawn in.
Yours in Christ,

Dear Celeste,
You have not bothered me at all. If Fresh Fire have began to put their house in order then I am very pleased. I do believe God heals, indeed I have received healing my self in the past. I am saddened that there seams to have been little or no real accountability with Todd Bentley. Perhaps those who should have had some oversight where just caught up with the emotion and hype.
As you will now know, if you took the time to look at the video link I sent you, you will know Ivor is not my name. I am a Theologian and the Director of a Missions organisation and as such, I am saddened by the events in Florida. The Church needs good doctrinal teaching and to preach the Gospel of Salvation, the church does not need a show. I do pray for Todd and I am sorry to hear he and his wife have separated.
I pray too that you are thorough and diligent in your research and do not just take the word of one who claims a miracle, such as the phone call Todd supposedly had with the parent of the three year old girl in the hospital that was supposedly healed.
…….
As a new update 15th August. Fresh Fire say
We wish to acknowledge, however, that since our last statement from the Fresh Fire Board of Directors, we have discovered new information revealing that Todd Bentley has entered into an unhealthy relationship on an emotional level with a female member of his staff. In light of this new information and in consultation with his leaders and advisors, Todd Bentley has agreed to step down from his position on the Board of Directors and to refrain from all public ministry for a season to receive counsel in his personal life.
……
Regards,
stoptheliesplease
