Some who know me well will know that I get very riled up when I see Israel sinning and her leaders giving away land that is rightfully God’s in exchange for false peace. I feel indignant when Israel is being condemned and maligned, and when the world turns a blind eye to her troubles.
Nowadays, my wife will be the one to calm me down with these words “Dear, if these things don’t happen, how then shall what God has ordained to happen come to be then?” (I am paraphrasing a little here, but the essence is there).
This coming from a woman who used to scoff at my “doomsday prophet” sayings as she used to call them, ha ha!
Since I started this blog and she started reading the Bible for herself (I bought her a KJV a few Shabbats ago), she’s quite a changed woman when it comes to faith. She’s started reading the Bible from Genesis and has now worked her way past the Torah to Judges if I am not wrong.
In fact, just a few days ago, she posed a question on why Aaron was slain and Moses not allowed to enter into the Promised Land, and we both learned a new lesson about obedience that day after studying it.
Why do I post this?
Well, it’s just a celebration of sorts, because you see, she wasn’t too interested in issues of faith prior to this, and now she is. There’s no doubt about it — it is a wondrous miracle of the Lord working in our lives and leading her to Him, and for that I give thanks and all glory to God!
I don’t say it often, and you know I tend to write my thoughts better than articulating them — Love you lots, dear, and I praise God that He has led you to Him.

Sidharth: I don’t think I have read your testimony before (or maybe I just find it yet, lol!), but would love to! From the collection of testimonies on your blog, it is amazing to see how God leads many of us to Him.
I love reading testimonies that attest to God’s healing and miracles in our lives, instead of those that go on and on about how God blessed them with millions of dollars after donating to a church’s building fund (some folks know which testimonies I speak of and which church).

That is a God’s blessing, for you being what He requires us to be. It is a requirement that you be the priest of your family. Through your dilligence and devotion to God’s Word it has stirred your wife to seek and search for God through His word. I thank God along with you for His drawing power and the cleansing, regenerative power of His Word.
You guys are very blessed to be in one accord–as all husbands and wives should be–in a Christ centered covenant bond. Praise God! And never let go of His unchanging hand.
